These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of withrobust.com and the Robust platform. By accessing the site or platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Robust.

Use of the platform

Robust provides operational control tools for commercial real estate teams. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or access it through unauthorized means. Access to the platform is available through app.withrobust.com.

Accounts and access

Access to Robust is granted to authorized users of participating organizations. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated or to protect the platform and its users.

Your content

You retain ownership of the building, portfolio, and operational data you submit to Robust. By entering it, you grant Robust a limited license to process that data as needed to provide and improve the platform. You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

Platform ownership

The Robust platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Robust and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or platform content except as needed to use Robust as intended.

Limitation of liability

Robust is provided to support operational control for commercial real estate teams. To the extent permitted by law, Robust is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. You acknowledge that operational decisions made using Robust remain your responsibility.

Termination

You may stop using Robust at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if an account is inactive, or if we discontinue a feature or the platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here and, where appropriate, note the date of the last revision. Your continued use of Robust after changes take effect confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.
