In the heart of Indiana, a transformative journey began in 2018, when Nathan Sweeny, after successfully selling his rental property portfolio, was on the hunt for a new endeavor closer to Indianapolis. Little did he know that this decision would pave the way for the birth of a unique and visionary construction company that would forever change the game in the investor world.
With a passionate vision and a wealth of construction knowledge, Nathan and his team set out to redefine the industry's standards. Instead of chasing short-term gains and cutting corners, they made a conscious choice to prioritize what truly mattered: long-term value for their clients. This fundamental shift in perspective led to the birth of a company dedicated not only to presenting clients with options but also to explaining the intricate building science behind each choice.
From day one, the team at Rebuild was determined to empower their clients with knowledge. Nathan is a seasoned construction professional with a passion for building not only structures but also brighter futures. Nathan's journey in construction began during his high school years when he immersed himself in construction classes, laying the foundation for his future career. His dedication to learning and honing his skills led him to earn a degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of management and communication.
Beyond his impressive construction expertise, Nathan is driven by a higher purpose. His primary goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of at-risk youth in Cambodia. Through his construction projects and initiatives, he aims to provide vocational training and employment opportunities for young people in need. Nathan's commitment to both craftsmanship and social responsibility reflects his unwavering dedication to building a better world, one brick at a time.
Julie Drake
Lead Project Manager / CEO
Julie Drake is a dynamic leader with a remarkable trajectory in the world of finance and construction. Her journey began when she joined a prominent commercial construction company as a financial expert in XXXX, where she honed her skills and expertise in managing the intricate financial aspects of large-scale projects.
In 2020, Julie embarked on a new chapter as an independent bookkeeper at Rebuild, bringing her wealth of financial knowledge to our company. Her dedication and astute financial management quickly earned her respect and trust among the team. Within just two years, Julie's exceptional leadership qualities shone through, leading her to take on the role of CEO in 2022.
Outside the boardroom, Julie is a loving mother to two children and is supported by her husband of over XX years. Her ability to balance a successful career with a fulfilling family life reflects her commitment to excellence in all aspects of her life. Gwen Sweeny is a seasoned entrepreneur with a rich history of business acumen. For years, she and her husband, Dave, successfully managed a separate venture, leaving an indelible mark on the industry. Their dedication, business savvy, and commitment to excellence were evident throughout their journey, which extended until 2023.
In 2018, Gwen extended her influence by advising her son, Nathan, in launching our construction company. While stepping into an advisory role, Gwen's experience and guidance played a crucial part in the company's inception. Beyond her impressive business achievements, Gwen is a loving mother to three children and carries a deep sense of faith that has always been at the core of her life and work. Her legacy is one of unwavering support and leadership, shaping both our company and the values we uphold.
